The Power of Healing Prayer

A couple of weeks ago, Fr. Ben joined The Order of St. Luke to offer healing prayers over parishioners during the Eucharist, as is our custom here every Sunday. Midway through this offering, two young acolytes (6 and 11 years old) feeling no doubt lead by the Spirit independently stepped up on the altar and joined in on the laying on of hands and the power of prayer. It was a deeply moving moment of the heart, showing that here at St. Gregory's every single person matters and ministers to the needs of others.
