Small Things Big Impact

Last week brought torrential rain storms, damaging winds and a family in need of St. Gregory's assistance. This family of four lives on their sailboat and were sailing thru Boca when the storms hit. Their sails broke and the boat is severely damaged. In need of food, they attended Sharon's Supper on Sunday. On Monday, the father, Matthew, called and asked if we might have a pair of khakis and a shirt he could use for a job interview at the Rebel House. We gave him what we had and he was very appreciative. He let us know that he got the job and can now provide for his wife and 2 daughters until he gets the boat fixed and they can be back on their feet.
