WHEN THE SAINTS GO MARCHING IN

Every part of the Christian tradition has its special people who are looked up to and respected as examples of what each denomination or group best exemplifies. These heroes are called by different names. The classic term used to identify such people is to call them saints, which is the term we use in Godly Play. St. Gregory’s is especially blessed with the beautiful icons written by our Icon guild to serve as guides during this season of Saturday School! 

We hope the listener can discover how they are a part of the larger story of the communion of Saints, of which you are all one! Thanks to the gifts of Silvia Hall we will learn about Julian of Norwich who knew much about living faithfully in isolation and ending with Anna Thomas sharing the story of Harriet Tubman in early August and others in between.
