RENOVATING AND REIMAGINING OUR CHURCH NURSERY

There were many lasting accomplishments in Phase 1 of our construction at St. Greg's. Most notably and most visibly the total remake of our parking lot and courtyard. But many other areas of our campus were touched including our church nursery. While our renovation updated the structural design of the nursery, what still remained was re-imagining how it functioned and felt. This summer, Emily Simon and Margaret O'Connor, two of our moms with nursery-age children, agreed to supervise this re-imagination. With creativity, diligence, and resourcefulness they accepted leadership for this task. The impressive fruit of their labor is now complete!

This Sunday, the whole congregation is invited to take a tour of the nursery during our nursery open house after the 10 am service. I am grateful for Emily and Margaret's leadership and the difference they made. A special shout out to Emily's husband, Pat, for serving as the go-to handyman for this project as well.
